EXPERIENCE IN THE CORPORATE SECTOR

2001-Present: VP Nutritional Services, Health Services
Develop food production management program for 36 skilled and assisted living facilities. Negotiate purchasing contracts for food, supplies, Enteral, laundry, housekeeping and central supplies. Develop and implement policies and procedures and training programs. Participate in monthly management and CQI meetings. Supervise clinical and consulting resource dietitians. Review budgetary compliance.

1983-2001: Director of Dietary Services, Healthcare Corporation
As a result of multiple acquisitions managed nutritional services in four (4) Divisions in ten (10) states, approximately 15,000 beds, and a staff of 13 Registered Dietitians. Provided support and supervision in the management of nutritional care services and food production practices. Participated in monthly management and operations divisional meetings, P&L reviews, survey management and budgetary compliance. Developed and implemented Medicare Part B procedure manual. Pre-acquisition long-term-care companies.
