Summary of Qualifications

Since 1974, Expert 594 has been owner and chief executive officer of various recreational facilities with full and final responsibility for all aspects of their operation. He designed and constructed numerous Roller Skating Centers and converted several Roller Skating Centers to Ice Skating Centers.

Expert 594 had full involvement with the creation and implementation of the safety procedures in each of the Corporations listed. Also had personal responsibility for the planning, developing, training, and implementing of all areas of operation, with specific concerns and attention regarding risk management and customer accident prevention. This included the successful control of large volume concert crowds.

Involved in Roller Skating Center business since 1954 beginning at entry level Has served in every capacity in the Roller and Ice Skating Industries including floor guard, skate rental and repair, snack bar, and manager.

Miami, Florida 1974 – 1984. Owner/Operator of Four Roller Skating Centers in Miami, Homestead, Bradenton, and Sarasota, Florida.

1984-1987. Owner and Operator of Roller Skating Center Homestead, Florida.

1987-1997 Owner and Operator of a $2,500,000.00 volume per year Roller Skating Center, Miami, Florida.

1989-1995 Owner and Operator 36 Lane Bowling Center, Miramar, Florida.
