SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:

Since 1974, I have been the owner and chief executive officer of various recreational facilities with full and final responsibility for all aspects of their operation. I designed and constructed numerous Roller Skating Centers and converted several Roller Skating Centers to Ice Skating Centers.

I had full involvement with the creation and implementation of the safety procedures in each of the Corporations listed. Furthermore, I had personal responsibility for the planning, developing, training, and implementing of all areas of operation, with specific concerns and attention regarding risk management and customer accident prevention. This included the successful control of large volume concert crowds.
