CLAIMS INVESTIGATION AND MITIGATION:

We offer significant experience within the construction products and specialty coatings industry. We have saved companiesmillions of dollars in product failure claims. Our service includes site investigation, site interviews, collection of specimens, background information, analysis, coordination of any required laboratory work, report preparation and presentation. In one case we were able to save a small contractor $3M in losses by defending the work he had done on a project for a major chemical processing company. Many times problems that on the surface appear to be material or contractor related are actually caused by the environment. We are able to cut through the fog that often surrounds product failure investigations and get to the real reason the problem occurred.

We offer "expert witness" services regarding cases that are related to these industries. We are able to convert highly technical information and present it in a meaningful and understandable way to the average person. We prepare reports for legal presentations that include both a comprehensive technical and laymen's explanation.

We offer a comprehensive research service in which we evaluate all possible products and application procedures for any given project. We will then present a comparison of each product including past performance and potential cost range followed by our opinion on which is the best value. We can arrange for test samples to be installed and can also arrange for project tours of previous installations.

We have provided end users significant savings in down time losses due to improper specification and instillation of specialty coatings and concrete / masonry repair systems. In one instance we evaluated the specialty flooring needs in a production area, of one of the worlds leading soft drink makers. The customer had been replacing his floor in a special process area subjected to high temperatures and concentrated acids. They had tried numerous products with no lasting success. We were able to specify a product that has now been performing for years without failure.

We have saved end users many hours of down time by ensuring that the job is donecorrectly the first time.We will analyze and review the contract or specification and make suggestions as to the suitability of the specification for any given project, when asked.
